1. What this website is

lodgeportfolio.com is an independent editorial publication about casino hotels and casino resorts in Canada. It contains reviews, guides and reference information written by our editorial team. Everything here is published for informational purposes.

2. What this website is not

To state it as plainly as possible, Lodge Portfolio Media Inc. does not:

  • operate, own or manage any casino, hotel or gambling facility;
  • accept, place, broker or process wagers of any kind;
  • take deposits, hold funds or process payments;
  • offer, host or link to online gambling, online casino games or sports betting;
  • sell, allocate or reserve hotel rooms, tables or tickets;
  • act as an agent, affiliate or representative of any property described on this site.

Nothing on this website is an offer, inducement or invitation to gamble. Our reviews describe venues; they do not recommend that you gamble in them.

3. Age restriction

This site discusses regulated gambling venues and is intended for adults. The minimum gambling age in Canada is set provincially: 19 in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia; 18 in Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba. You must meet the age of majority in your province to act on any information here.

4. Accuracy of information

We take accuracy seriously: we visit the properties we review, check figures against operator material, and state on every review the month we last verified it. Casino floors nonetheless change constantly — machines are rotated, table minimums move, restaurants close, hours and dress codes are revised, and properties change hands.

Content is therefore provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Confirm anything that matters — hours, prices, age policy, access — directly with the property before you travel. We may update these terms. The in-force date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. We do not apply changes retroactively.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
